My two fourth graders have started basketball this month. They have had a total of 8 practices and tonight was their first real game against a real team.
As we were driving them to the game Cassie says, "I don't really understand basketball. But I like it!"
They lost the game 26 to 8 so obviously she isn't the only one who doesn't understand basketball. :D

I love it when little kids play sports and it is still all about having fun and not about who wins or loses. :)
